With the new Vagaro Pay Later (VPL) feature, you can split transactions into 4 interest-free installments, with the first payment due on the day of service, and the 3 subsequent payments coming out every 2 weeks for 6 weeks.
VPL allows you to bundle services, products, extensions, styling tools, and even the tip into one combined price, which you can then split into 4 equal payments.

HOW DO I SET UP PAY LATER?
Set up pay later on the Vagaro app or website by logging into your Vagaro account. Select PROFILE, PAYMENTS, then PAY LATER to get started setting up an account.
*Note, you must sign in with the login information associated with your existing Parlour account, or you will not be able to set up pay later
HOW DO I GET MY LOGIN INFORMATION?
You can call us at 302-543-4399 to get your temporary login credentials associated with your account.
If you have already set up a different or new account, we can easily merge the accounts by making sure the emails to both accounts match.
We can also send you an invite to set up pay later.
HOW DO I ADD MY BANK ACCOUNT TO VPL?
During the initial set up process, you will be prompted to add your bank account by either signing into your online banking or entering your account and routing numbers. You can change/update payment methods by logging into your Vagaro account and selecting PROFILE, PAYMENT METHODS, then VAGARO PAY LATER BANK ACCOUNTS
AM I AUTOMATICALLY APPROVED?
Approval is not guaranteed. It is recommended you be prepared with an alternative method of payment incase VPL is denied. Transactions are approved on an individual transaction basis, meaning prior approval on a different transaction does not guarantee another approval.
IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM AMOUNT?
The minimum transaction amount to use pay later is $50, and the maximum is $3000. Just because the maximum is $3000, that does NOT mean that YOU can/will be approved for that amount.
*Note: any transactions over $300 will require prior approval for the full amount at least 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment
WHEN IS MY FIRST PAYMENT DUE?
The first installment will come out at the completion of the checkout process, either prior to or on the same day of the service. The subsequent payments will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account at 2 week intervals.
HOW DO I MANAGE MY PAYMENTS AND BALANCES?
You can manage your payments on Vagaro by selecing PROFILE, VAGARO PAY LATER, then
Select Outstanding to see balances and future payment dates.
Select Paid to see completed transactions.
Select a transaction to see more details.
CAN I PAY MY ENTIRE BALANCE AT ANY TIME?
Yes! You will have to sign into your pay later account to manage your balance and initiate a full payment.
CAN I SPLIT PAYMENT METHODS?
Yes! You may split payment of your total price between pay later, cash, card, and/or gift card at checkout. Only the amount designated to "pay later" will be split into installments.
HOW DO I CHECK OUT USING PAY LATER?
Check out will typically be handled at the end of your service. Any other methods of payment will be processed first, then the pay later portion of the transaction will be sent to you via text, email, or by scanning a QR code. You will complete the rest of the pay later process on your phone.
WHAT IF I WANT TO USE PAY LATER FOR $300 OR MORE?
Due to unpredictable approvals/denials, ALL transaction totals projected to be over $300 will need to be fully paid for using pay later no less than 48 hours in advance. This will guarantee that your service/product is paid for PRIOR to your appointment, avoiding any awkward payment issues at the time of checkout.
WHAT IF I'M WORRIED ABOUT APPROVAL/DENIAL?
You are welcome to attempt to pay for your service PRIOR to your appointment, even days ahead of time, using Pay Later. We can send the checkout directly to your phone, where you will be approved or denied. This can save time and stress at checkout.
