WHAT IS AFFIRM?
Affirm is a buy now, pay later financing option that helps customers pay over time for the services or products they need and want. It shows consumers exactly what they will pay up front and never charges any late or hidden fees.

WILL I PAY INTEREST USING AFFIRM?
Possibly. The APR on an Affirm loan ranges from 0% to 36%. The interest rate is determined by several factors, including your credit history, the price of the item, the specific business, and your past loan repayment history. The exact amount of interest you will owe will be clearly displayed when applying for a loan.
HOW DO I PAY WITH AFFIRM AT PARLOUR?
At checkout, once all of your services and products are totaled, we will select Affirm as the payment method. A link will be texted and/or emailed to you, and you will finish the payment process right on your phone.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
Payments can be structured as four interest-free installments every two weeks, or as monthly installments ranging from 3 to 36 months. All costs, due dates, and any applicable interest are disclosed upfront. Some plans may require a down payment or a first payment at checkout, while others may begin approximately one month after your purchase.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT TO USE AFFIRM?
The minimum transaction amount to use pay later with Affirm at Parlour is $50. There is no maximum amount dictated by our salon.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY PAYMENTS AND BALANCES?
Once your loan is active, payments can be managed through the Affirm app or website. You can enable AutoPay or make manual payments. There are no late fees; however, missed payments could affect your credit and future eligibility to use Affirm. Early payoff is permitted without penalty and may result in interest savings.
All Affirm payments are managed in your Affirm account.

AM I STILL ABLE TO BE REFUNDED IF I USE AFFIRM?
Yes! Full and partial refunds are possible, subject to Parlour's return/refund policy. Once processed by Vagaro, the refund will appear in your Affirm account.
*Affirm does NOT refund any paid interest.
CAN I PAY MY ENTIRE BALANCE AT ANY TIME?
Yes! You will have to sign into your Affirm account to manage your balance and initiate a full payment. If you pay off your loan early, you will not be responsible for paying the interest for the remaining months.
CAN I SPLIT PAYMENT METHODS?
Yes! You may split payment of your total price at Parlour between pay later, cash, card, and/or gift card at checkout. Only the amount designated to "pay later" will be split into installments.
WHY WAS I DENIED FINANCING BY AFFIRM?
While Affirm strives to offer financing to all credit-worthy applicants, not every application can be approved. If denied, Affirm will send an email detailing the decision. For further information, visit affirm.com/help.
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE AFFIRM LOANS AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes, you can have multiple Affirm loans for the same or different merchants simultaneously. Each loan application is reviewed independently, so the offered rates and approval decisions may vary for each.
WHAT IF I'M WORRIED ABOUT APPROVAL/DENIAL?
You are welcome to attempt to pay for your service PRIOR to your appointment, even days ahead of time, using Pay Later. We can send the checkout directly to your phone, where you will be approved or denied. This can save time and stress at checkout.
*If you are not approved for Pay Later with Affirm at checkout in the salon, you must provide another payment method.
