At Parlour, we strive to cultivate an environment that allows stylists to express their individuality, maintain control over their booking, and have the freedom to be the kind of stylist they want to be. 

I like to say that we are a commission-based salon with a booth-rent feel.

Stylists have full access to their schedule through Vagaro, are able to book appointments, schedule time off, and run reports on their sales right on their phones, just like an independent stylist. 

BUT, they also get the benefits of working in a commission salon, particularly with the help of salon assistants, who handle checkouts, scheduling, laundry, shampooing, toner applications, and more.

We offer competitive commission pay, continuing education, as well as a matched IRA, access to disability coverage, and vacation pay for full time stylists.
